So you probably noticed that the writers here at DramaPop took an extended hiatus just to get adjusted to the new semester. Looking back, I realized I missed out on a whole buttload of great releases. Here are my top ten favorites:
Finally! Here’s the final list of songs for my top twenty. Each of this song, I can only offer nice words because they made my year of listening to music so darn good. I cherish each one of these songs for their virtues, the talents involved, and lastly their impact on me as a listener. Last year, my favorite song was Super Junior’s addicting “Bonamana”. This year is a different story.
It’s December and that means that we are going to start our year-end lists of everything! Starting this week, our TOP 10 Tuesdays might extend to week long lists of favorites that range from favorite drama scenes to favorite albums. So look forward to it!
Kicking it off is my list for the top 10 Artists who are having a great year. K-pop entertainers are the people who take the least amount of breaks among all artists in the world. They release new material on a seasonal basis which gives us plenty of opportunities to love and cherish them but at the same time get sick of them too. This list represents the people that, in my opinion, only improved their standing in the K-pop world this year.
The 2011 MAMA Awards were held last night and it’s time again to critique their choices for “Best” of everything. Of course, since I am only speaking for myself, don’t be offended if you happen to like the triumph I disagree with 🙂
In honor of the rainy days that the east coast has been getting a lot lately, I’d like to present you my ten favorite K-pop songs to listen to when it’s pouring outside.
Here’s a brief chat about these songs.
Rainy days are very relaxing for me. I grew up in the Philippines and when it rains, it really RAINS. Typhoons are common there that I’ve grown to love the rain. So it’s no surprise that rainy days are some of my favorite types of weather.
Rainy days also have “soundtracks” that goes with the mood of the weather. It seems like artists love making songs that fit our mood when it rains. While not all of these songs will necessarily have rain as an ongoing motif of some sorts, we still get the relaxing and “chill” vibe from them. So here’s the list for my favorite songs to listen to during a rainy day.
